02. Contents we publish in this Software.

Here we publish content created by us, created by our partners, or purchased from 3rd parties, including, but not limited to logos, banners, watermarks, buttons, templates, tables, and others. The Atom Invoice has commercial licenses for all of them. The Atom Invoice uniquely owns these contents. You are permitted to use them inside this software only. You are not permitted to use them out of the Atom Invoice in any way without our explicit permission.

03. User-generated content.

In this software, as a user of the Atom Invoice, you can generate your own content, including, but not limited to, invoices, estimates, items, clients, reports, etc. But you can not generate such content using this software that the Atom Invoice thinks these are inappropriate, including, but not limited to, nudity, offensive language, fraud or fake content, content to inject the system data, etc.

The contents you create, you personally own them and you are fully responsible for them, and the Atom Invoice is committed not to share them with others without your explicit permission. But to keep the system working or make an improvement, Atom Invoice reserves the right to view, edit, create, or even delete them.

04. Permissions we require to use this software.

1. Install shortcut - Used to add the app icon to your home screen for quick access.
2. Internet - Used to communicate, sync data, and back up data in our secured cloud servers.
3. Access internet state - Used to communicate, auto sync data, and auto backup data in our secured cloud servers.
4. Foreground Service - Used to sync and backup data automatically in our secured cloud servers.
5. Foreground Service Data Sync - Used to sync and backup data automatically in our secured cloud servers.
6. Write external storage - Used to export your data from this software to external storage, to store data locally or temporarily.
7. Read external storage - Used to import your data from external storage into this software.
8. Read media images (required on Android 13 or above) - Used to import your data from external storage into this software.
9. Post notifications (required on Android 13 or above) - Used to display live notifications of document statuses.
10. AD ID - Used to keep track of the Atom Invoice referrals programs and to understand & measure our marketing efforts. It is also used by advertising networks.
11. Google billing - Used to offer in-app purchases and subscription management.

05. Automatic data collection, advertising, and analytics.

5.1. In this software, we collect two types of data. Manual data described in paragraph 3, you input them while creating content, including, but not limited to, invoices, estimates, clients, items, reports, etc. Automatic data, this software collects some data automatically including, but not limited to, device id, device info, advertising id, IP, and your non-precise location to build your profile and keep the system working. We store them in our secured cloud. All the data, we collect is confidential to us. We never share any of them with third parties nor sell to them.

5.2. In addition, advertising networks including, but not limited to Google Ads, Google Adsense, Google AdMob, and the Atom Invoice in-house advertising software may collect some data. Advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Application, including, but not limited to, advertising ID, device info, your in-app search inquiries & their results. These networks may also obtain anonymous information about other applications you have downloaded to your mobile device, the mobile websites you visit, device language settings, device type information, mobile network settings, IP addresses, your non-precise location information, and other information in order to help analyses and serve anonymous targeted advertising on the Application and elsewhere.

5.3. In addition, it uses some analytics tools including, but not limited to, Google Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Google Tags, Google Webmaster, etc. These tools collect some information including, but not limited to, app open, various app events, notification events, dynamic link events, etc. This information is used to compile statistical reports. We use these reports including, but not limited to, to understand users’ use of the application, the application areas to improve, and our marketing effectiveness. These tools may also use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies and collect information, including, but not limited to, device id, device info, advertising id, IP, and your non-precise location.

5.4. Any use of cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies by advertising networks and analytics tools is subject to their own privacy policies, not ours, and it disclaims all liability in connection therewith. Moreover, they collect and use information under their own policies and which may differ from our own privacy policy set out in this document.

06. Opt-out rights

We respect your right to opt out of using your data, described in paragraph 5. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can erase your already collected data by deleting your account with us. But please keep in mind the opt-out might not reach all our partners in regard to already collected data. And we may keep part of it for future tracking and spam protection.

By using this application you confirm that you have read this privacy policy and give us your consent to collect, process, and use your information, as described in this privacy policy. Without collecting, processing and use of such data you would not be able to use this application or such use would be limited.

We value your trust in us, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we can guarantee its 99.99 security, not 100%.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by me. Therefore, I strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of their websites. I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

10. Children’s privacy.

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do the necessary actions.

11. Payments and refunds.

You can get payment details of each plan inside the software on its "Subscriptions & Purchases" screen. Most of the purchases offer a free trial. During this trial period, you can test our app’s features. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel the purchase instantly, and in this way, you will not be charged. But once you are charged, we do not offer a refund. You can cancel subscriptions at any time, after that no more new charges will be made for that subscription. And you can get access to your subscriptions till their expiry date.

12. Changes to this privacy policy.

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
